My encouragement to you . . .
God has a way of giving us a word; an instruction, a sentence, a definition, even just a phrase, and it can unlock our understanding and open our eyes in such a way, that it calms us, it centres us, directs us, and frees us from despair.
I do not mean that God’s word is a sedative superficially lulling us into a false sense of rest. No, I mean that God has such power that He can do supernaturally with a few words in one day what human beings could never do with a million words in as many lifetimes.
Be encouraged, when God shows up and allows us to feel His presence He always speaks. Even silence can be an interpretation of God’s words, when He speaks, He is not just comforting us, He is speaking to shift and catapult us into the destiny that He has in store for us.

Psalm 119:130
130 The entrance of thy words giveth light; it giveth understanding unto the simple.
